Maven setup for Windows

It appears that the M2_REPO classpath variable must be set up manually for Windows.

If you find the maven repository in C:\Documents and Settings\userName\.m2\repository, use that as the value for M2_REPO (using Window > Preferences. Select the Java > Build Path > Classpath Variables).
